Each step of my journey was driven by a passion for growth, excellence in patient care, and a desire to continually expand my scope and impact.
After spending my first year as a W-2 CRNA, I realized that true professional fulfillment for me, meant greater independence and flexibility. Following months of research and with the guidance of an exceptional mentor, I took the leap and launched my own company. Today, I split my time between W-2 and 1099 work, a balance that allows me to practice at my best while maintaining the flexibility I value.
I helped co-found Synapse Consulting and Solutions because my passion for 1099 education and empowerment, paired with my dedication to staffing/recruiting and helping facilities maintain high standards, appropriate par levels, and a strong focus on patient safety, creates a comprehensive approach to supporting both clinicians and the organizations they serve.

Since graduating from Ursuline College Breen School of Nursing in 2011, I have practiced as an Emergency Room Nurse, Flight Nurse and Trauma Resusitation Nurse at Ryder Trauma Center in Miami, Florida. Over the years, I have built a robust clinical foundation delivering high-quality care in fast-paced, high-pressure environments across all ages.
Driven by the desire to advance in my clinical practice, I earned by Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree from the University of Miami in 2019 and became a Board Certified CRNA.
I practice a variety of anesthesia from a Level One Trauma Center to high-risk OB as well as outpatient surgery where I provide independent anesthesia services to dental, pain, and same-day services.
Recognizing the growing need for strategic 1099 support and staffing facilities I helped co-found Synapse Consulting & Solutions. My goal is to connect surgery centers with skilled, reliable anesthesia providers and advise expert consulting tailored to the needs of today’s evolving healthcare industry.
